I make complex problems easy to understand and feasible to break through. I do this by learning about my client's needs, understanding their users' motivations and goals, and crafting effective protocols to unravel actionable solutions. 

 

Born and raised in Seattle, I hold a degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Washington.
